Our story

Our journey began with Lemuel Yole-Odior, CEO of Nebiant Analytics, who faced numerous challenges transitioning to tech. At the time, tech careers seemed dominated by men. The resources, mentorship, and inclusive spaces for women were scarce, making the journey intimidating and isolating.

This experience ignited a passion to ensure no woman feels excluded or discouraged from pursuing a tech career. Lemuel is currently building Nebiant Analytics alongside Muhammad Suleiman to provide structured learning paths for tech transition and has launched Empowering Women in Tech (EWT) to create a dedicated initiative for African women to gain in-demand tech skills, build confidence and resilience, access a supportive network of peers, mentors, and industry leaders.
